New to yoga? Find information, yoga videos and meditation apps to help you start your journey.
Yoga is a powerful practice, and I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're looking to get a good work out or a good work in, you can find what you need on your mat.
Getting started can be overwhelming.
There are so many styles to choose from and it's intimidating to walk into a studio for the first time. But you're here, which tells me that you want to do this.
Maybe you want to gain strength, flexibility or mobility. Perhaps you're seeking self-love, acceptance or something else that's beyond the physical. Or maybe you just want to finally use that yoga mat that's been sitting in the garage for months. Whatever your reason, be proud for having the courage to try something new. (I'm proud of you!)
Equip yourself with some knowledge.
Below are some posts I've written to help you get started on your yoga journey. They'll help you understand what to expect and debunk some of the myths that might be making you feel like yoga isn't right for you. Because the truth is, if you have a body, you can yoga.
