Yoga is a powerful practice, and I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're looking to get a good work out or a good work in, you can find what you need on your mat.
There are so many styles to choose from and it's intimidating to walk into a studio for the first time. But you're here, which tells me that you want to do this.
Maybe you want to gain strength, flexibility or mobility. Perhaps you're seeking self-love, acceptance or something else that's beyond the physical. Or maybe you just want to finally use that yoga mat that's been sitting in the garage for months. Whatever your reason, be proud for having the courage to try something new. (I'm proud of you!)

Buddhify is great because you can choose guided meditations based on what you're doing, how you want to feel and how long you have to practice. I like this one's simplicity.
Headspace is probably one of the most popular meditation apps. It encourages you to set goals and really start a serious practice.
